10/23/2018 Week 42 Changes
- General
- Fixed issue with Import where imported items may not be assigned to a newly created custom style but assigned to system style instead
- Fixed issue with group reload button being disabled on various pages
- Fixed issue where Facebook Login Buttons were not working when not using primary Facebook Account
- Update Facebook rate limiting functions for better performance
- Bless Transfer Option
- Fixed issue where transfer would get stuck when discount amount exceeded the price of the item.
- Parties
- When doing a whole sale party, the system now uses the system whole sale amount and not the item whole sale as this will have the current whole sale price.
- Fixed issue where all Facebook tokens for parties where updated under an account not just the tokens for the Facebook User when using multiple Facebook logins for a single account.
- Facebook
- Add support for Facebook Live Video Comment Scanning for Pages
- Add S O L D as a sold trigger
- Add support to handle sold comments when FB does not return user info in comment
- Add support for auto responses to live page trigger comments
- Fix bug where not all FB groups were listed when the users has over 200 groups
- Fixed issue in Album Export where not all albums were being returned if their are more than 200 albums
- Fixed issue where Facebook Tokens were not properly updated in all subsystems when token changed.
5/01/2018 Week 28 Changes
- General
- Added live streaming to system.
- Added browser notifications, if user agrees to receive notifications the user will get notifications from our system without having to be on our site.
- Added support for Avery 5371 type labels.
- Fixed issue where address card icon was not showing on the pending sales page
- Fixed issue with phone number not being save when manually entering information when using the sold option
- Fixed issue with Sonlet Import
- Fixed issue with Bless not adding new customer after Bless Update
- Removed Facebook option for the time being until the FB access issue is resolved.
- Parties
- Bless Transfer Option
- Added mail forwarding support so that you can forward your payment received email to our system to automatically update the payment information in our system and get notification of the payment. See here for instructions.
5/01/2018 Week 15,16,17 Changes
- General
- Added option to send emails to customers by zip code radius of 30 miles
- Added zip code search to Customer Manager
- Added option to display all sizes in Unlisted Inventory
- Added new social media notification (flag) which will notify you of the following:
- When someone likes a post you made
- When someone likes a comment you made
- When someone comments on a post you made
- When someone comments on a post that you commented on also
- When given access to a private party you requested access to
- When a retailer adds a new party that you have put on your favorite list
- Changed main menus to icons, old menus could get cut off and not accessible on some screen sizes
- Changed retailer notification to a bell on the right side of the header
- Changed chat so that new chats will now be shown on the chat notification icon on the right side of the header
- Fixed issue with some pages not displaying correctly for 768 screen sizes (Ipad)
- Financials
- Fixed issue where you could not use negative numbers to deposit items.
- Fixed issue where credit amount would not be shown when editing a credit card credit.
- Parties
- Added Jump To Style/Size when items are displayed in parties
- Added search option to party item listings
- Added social feed section for party discussions and questions (Must be enabled in the party settings)
- Shopper Portal
- Add tabbed sections to reduce clutter and easier navigation
- Added social feed tab, this displays all posts from retailers that are on your favorite list.
4/09/2018 Week 14 Changes
- General
- Added chat/messenger to system.
- Added Wholesale and Gifted options to inventory items menu.
- Added exporting of your item images.
- Added customer export.
- Added importing of customers with option to include credits and punches.
- Added 320 view port to sign-up page for easier mobile sign-up.
- Added name search to the completed sales page.
- Removed auto fill of email when signing up using Facebook. This will insure the customer enters the email address that they wish t use on the system.
- Fixed issue with incorrect values being displayed for parties on the main retailer page.
- Fixed issue with the Month To Date sales not showing any information.
- SMS Update
- Added exporting of SMS subscriber list.
- Fixed issue with message being cut off when the & symbol was used in the message.
- Bookkeeping
- Fixed issue with not being able to add new accounts in the book keeping module.
- Bless Transfer Option:
- Added support to allow Bonus Bucks to be applied to invoice.
3/28/2018 Changes in the past month
- General
- Added search feature to Pending Sales, Customer Manager, Rewards Manager, and Inventory Lists.
- Added location support for inventory tracking.
- Added option to list inventory after added new items.
- Added option for LLR retailers to specify a different Bless party name when creating parties.
- Added option in listed/unlisted items menu to copy a claim link to the clipboard. In listed inventory you also have an option to copy the claim link that is associated with a specific party. Items no longer need to be in a party to send a claim link for someone to claim an item.
- Added merge feature in the customer manager so that you can merge a manually created account with the system user account. This will allow the customer to view all items they purchased from you under the manually created account in the shopper portal.
- Added new settings to allow you to select if your shoppers can view the punches and bonus backs they have.
- Added new setting to not give punches on discounted items.
- Added support for several Avery 2x4 labels such as the Avery 5163.
- Added quantity count to inventory lists.
- Add option to Completed Sales item menu that allows you to return an item easily.
- Added feature for LLR retailers that allows them to map to custom styles to LLR styles so that items in the custom style can be invoiced through bless.
- Updated Bless/Merchant invoice dialog to allow you to include a message on the invoice. Also added option on invoice dialog to create message templates that can be selected from a drop-down on the invoice dialog.
- Updated inventory audit to inventory by style and size to handle large inventories better.
- SMS Update
- Added support to be able to include an image with your text message.
- Added support for scheduling text messages.
- Added SMS Manager to allow for managing scheduled text messages and registered users.
- Added support of importing SMS subscribers from other system via CSV file.
- Add retailer SMS signup page.
- Added indicators to show how many SMS Messages have been sent, how many are available, and number of SMS subscribers.
- Added indicator to show SMS sending costs for messaging being created.
- Facebook
- Added support for scanning for sold comments in live group events.
- Added support to scan video on demand (VOD) for sold comments.
- Added exporting feature to export all album links in a group.
- Added filers to the post status page.
- Added support to allow multiple Facebook logins to be associated with a single My Fashion Emporium account.
- Added ability to select what albums are uploaded when using the Theme Manger.
- Updated Theme Manger to load the default system album when selecting the album style first so that the default albums can be used in the themes.
- Bless Transfer Option:
- Updated invoice transfer so that you can send the invoice with as little as an email address. If the email cannot be matched to a Bless user, then you will get an error and you will have to provide the rest of the required data that Bless needs.
- If only an email is used and the system find an associated Bless user, the address information is pulled in to MFE.
- Fixed issue with the Bless Transfer Module locking up when the an invoice contained multiples of the same style and size.
- Shopper Portal:
- Added support to list claimed items using date ranges. By default the last 30 days are displayed.
- Added section that lists all reward punches that are available from the various retailers virtual punch cards
- Added section that lists all available bonus bucks/credits that are available from the various retailers.
